Hi my name is Lexi Wright. I a 55 year old Menopausal woman not a 30 something year old influencer. I am also a farm kid from Alberta, Canada that has gone from struggling with my weight in my teens to travelling over 200 days a year as an editor of our family magazine Cowsmopolitan, eating on the road all of the time to becoming a nutrition and fitness coach.

My love for fitness and nutrition was fuelled through the Crossfit Community in my 30's. My own personal experience with gut health issues and working with a nutrition coach and naturopathic doctor helped me understand the importance of nutrition and whole foods for overall health.

All of these experiences increased my confidence and lead me to a better understanding of how to listen to my body and the importance of fuelling my body to lose weight instead of starving it.

Over the last 10 years I have adapted to my gut health, weight loss and menopause challenges and through the balanced plate approach I am now am able to maintain my weight and live the lifestyle I want without crazy restrictions and tracking calories full time.
