The 21 Day Challenge participation piece is hosted in the Time for Health Women's Fat Loss Simplified Facebook group.

Does this require tracking calories and macros?

No, it does not! We actually have 2 options an easy balanced plate method that helps you understand how much you actually need to put on your plate and then the option to count calories and track your food in an app. Either way we give you basic guidelines how much to eat in either situation!

Do I have to buy supplements or special foods?

Absolutely not! Our aim is to teach you how to eat real, whole and nutritious foods to support your daily life, goal and doing it in a way the is long term realistic, affordable and do-able!

Can I do this if I have food allergies, restrictions or aversions?

Yes, you can! My plan teaches you to use whole nutritious food and each plan has flexibility if you have a food intolerance, restrictions, or aversion to make a swap for another food. This challenge is designed to balance portions across all food groups.

What kind of foods should I be eating?

To achieve the best results, you should high quality food, packed with nutrition and energy. We give you an approved list of foods to build your meals. Simply pick from the list!

Can I do this while I am travelling?
